Office 365 License Rename – Simplified

For many MSPs, the expectation on managing and providing Office 365 licenses is a daily hurdle. The frequent updates and changes mean it is an ever changing platform which we must all keep up to date with. Effective from 21st April 2020, some of the licenses are going to be re-named to aid in simplifying the sales/upsell process. Whilst we can see the long term benefits of the changes, any change can be frustrating. Especially a change that falls in amongst a global uncertainty that we all currently face together. The aim of this blog it to simplify the change for you and remove all the jargon around the outside.
